Another huge contribution that is not talked about is parents who use drugs.
We use to hear about alcohol syndrome with children however there is no one talking about the children being born from parents on drugs. Even prescription medicines can affect an unborn born baby.. I have several friends raising grandchildren with sever learning and behavior issues, all do to the drug epidemic.
