  1. Hot tea, especially right before bed, calms my nerves and helps me fall asleep, faster, and stay asleep longer.

    Especially peppermint and hibiscus tea and chamomile tea. Those are my go to teas in the evening. Sometimes I will add some lemon and honey as well.

  2. It would have been better if the comparison cited in the article would have been warm vs warm or cold vs cold between Asians and Whites. The however statement wasn’t a comparison but of opposite seasons.
