I’m so glad I got my degree many years ago. This is such BS. Pretty soon everyone will be afraid to speak because of alleged micro aggressions. Who makes up these rules besides some woke soy boy or girl who insists on forcing everyone to play along with the pronoun game. Isn’t that a micro aggression? There is nothing wrong with the term “grandfathering” or “crazy uncle”. I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous. And who cares if someone is complemented on their use of the English language or any language for that matter. How do these new professionals keep up with all the BS. How many words are going to be eliminated in our language due to this warped way of thinking? Do you know that my crazy uncle was grandfathered into his current position at work and it was due to his excellent English language skills. 🤣🤣🤣
