    • Of course they do. A tornado can develop in any thunderstorm or hurricane event. Florida had more tornado sightings, watches and warnings with Milton than any other hurricane event in history. Any state can experience a tornado if conditions are ripe for one. The most prevalent states to experience them are the central part of the US but make no mistake, we can’t control Mother Nature. The states where tornadoes occur most frequently are Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Florida, Nebraska. But, everything is bigger in Texas.

  24. Omg Dennis. Praying so hard for you and your family. We have a house in Hobe Sound. Tornados all around us too. Not as massive as that one behind your beautiful home. Dear God what is going on. Tomorrow can’t come soon enough. May God wrap his loving arms around all of you and keep you safe. Prayers for everyone harms way.

    I don’t understand why I can’t see the photos/video below, 9 of them are grayed out with a sad face in the middle. It happens all the time. Could someone tell me why. I also have team DML. I don’t get it.

  28. Oh no. Stay safe. I’m in Seminole County (about 20 minutes west of Orlando) and it hasn’t been the worst one we’ve had here. I was up most of the night though as worried about tornadoes…like the one in your photo!

  30. Sorry to hear the studio and warehouse was damaged, but thankful that massive tornado missed your house. Most especially thankful you and the family are safe and unharmed.

  31. DML AND FAMILY, Please send us all a quick reply on how you and your family are doing. I checked on all my relatives who live south of Jacksonville and near Orlando, FL this morning. They are all OK with very little damage in their area except some trees down and some debris in their yards with no flooding. Praying that all of you are OK also.
