These idiots don’t have a clue what goes into having and owning a home. If that $25,000up is given to them, what will they do for insurance, and upkeep. If they don’t have enough money to pay the mortgage, it will be in default after the first year. OMG if they don’t have enough for a down payment along with the $25,000 credit, they will need to purchase mortgage insurance, something the bank requires if you don’t have enough equity into the loan. $25,000 isn’t going to do shit.

I wonder if the bank stated because of the color of her skin they wouldn’t loan her the money. I am not saying it doesn’t happen but it would very unusual for a bank or any lending institution to actually come out and tell someone that. That would be opening up all kinds of crap.
Roberta…..This young lady is selling the food truck that she bought with the $25,000 cash she had saved herself to start her business and now selling it. She was grateful someone was going to buy it but not feeling very happy with the government who is loaning the amt./or backing up the loan for this illegal alien! She felt it was grossly unfair. She’s a vet, ran a business and felt that the illegals were getting all the perks for breaking the law. I don’t blame her at all. She’s obviously a self motivated, hard working young lady and she has every right to feel angry.

We are a Rural community, we have a lot to self owned Gas Stations that have sold to immigrants from other countries ! Funny these Station grounds were not paved and when bought from different nationalities all of a sudden they are paved newly painted etc. Really makes one think 🧐
