This tax season I may just send a note to the IRS stating my taxes certainly must be paid up for the next 20 years, since I have had 30% taken out for how many years of my pay being spent in a wasteful manner. Apply the money being owed back to me to my yearly filings. Signed by a tax payer paying for 45 years!
