You do resemble your Father DML. You’re both handsome men. The beach 🏖️ looks gorgeous. My entire family still builds sandcastles on the beach. It would be nice to go back to a simpler way of life. We were always outside, year round in Michigan. I know, we have a horrible Governor! Hope a R wins this time. I just think the Dems have all lost their ever lovin’ minds.
You are right DML. Sunscreen contains harmful chemical compounds. Go out early in the morning – first light when the sun comes up – and sit in the sun 15-20 minutes to get the full benefit of sun producing Vitamin D. You will get a very nice gradual, healthy suntan. Don’t wear sunglasses, let the sun shine on your closed eyes. It benefits the receptors in the eyes. Wearing sunglasses fools the brain into thinking it’s night and messes with your circadian rhythm.
You guys look great. Enjoy every day. Friend of mine used to douse himself in sunscreen and he ended up dying of cancer with the sunscreen chemicals a contributing factor. Stay away from chemicals.
