Which is it, alleged, or is there probable cause to arrest?
No where in this story does it state ICE was arresting a illegal alien, which is what their function is. So is this “alleged” person they’re referring to a illegal alien?
If probable cause exited to arrest this individual, the local police department would have done so already.
