Does that still apply when one commits treason or sedition? Seems that’s not an official act as President to try to overthrow the new administration. Sounds more like an insurrection to me. A real one.
Yep, presidential immunity for Obama, because he is a democrat, but no immunity for any republican president.
It appears CORRUPT Obama should have pardoned himself and his henchmen before he left office, which was Jan. ’25.

Until it’s proven that so called president is illigitimate!! You have to be born in the USA to become president and he wasn’t! Birth certificate was doctored and the real one shows he was not born here!! It’s all going to come out! His own brother said he wasn’t born in the USA.
