Walz makes me laugh is his quote “by not being specific with my answer”……I guess that’s the knucklehead coming out in him. Not a good look, tim walz, not a good look at all. If you don’t think that far ahead, how did you lead your troops without planning ahead, having a specific plan for “what if’s”. It’s called action for every reaction. Glad I wasn’t in a troop you were leading as you should have been following instead. Thank God you didn’t fly fighter jets for the Military. You would have been downed by now and/or M.I.A. A good Pilot always thinks ahead of the aircraft and plans for the worst and hopes for the best. In my early flight training years on a Cessna 172, I always recall my flight instructor telling me to Aviate, Navigate and Communicate in that order. As if you can’t fly (aviate) the aircraft to a safe location (navigate), you will never be able to communicate (talk to the Air Route Traffic Control Center) and click on Transponder which gives them your location.
