Oh come on! People if your not eating on ozempic at all, then be ready to gain it all back!same for the people getting scurvy. Good grief be responsible, if you think you can live without nutrition the rest of your life your life will be short. I think some of this will be taken care of, when and if prices come down. People will be able to afford to stay on it longer, and loose the weight at a slower controlled rate. I’ve lost 85lbs over the last 14 months on another gp1 I eat my protein and my veggies and yes I treat myself to potatoes every so often. It’s all about portion and calorie control!
What’s the problem with eating potatoes? They’re very healthy. It’s what you put in them or on them that make them less healthy! And avoid French fries! I love em baked, boiled or mashed with just a little salt and pepper!
I love French fries, I buy the ones to use in my AirFryer, no salt. You can sprinkle a bit of vinegar or I use hot sauce, delicious. Baked potatoes with the skin is good just don’t put all the junk on. Once you get use to eating that way it’s better. Sprinkle fresh chopped chives or small diced tomatoes etc. it’s really good. People are so used to eating everything slathered with heavy calories, how can they even taste what they are eating. Not just potatoes.
Im on zepbound and still eat potatoes. Just not as much.
