(Commenting on)  VIDEO: NYC saw its 2nd wettest hour in history as rain caused terrifying, freak flash flooding

1. God is sending a message.

2. New York City is a concrete jungle any time there is heavy rain more then normal it will flood.. it has to go somewhere so it goes into the tunnels..
   I’m waiting for climate change people to blame Trump. The blame is the people who built the city..

3. More weather weapons, in my opinion. Pre-conditioning for a mass flood.
