(Commenting on)  Video from 2 minutes before Minneapolis shooting shows several federal agent vehicles stopped on street

This video wasn’t very informative. Except the person taking it isn’t very perceptive not to see ICE and Border Patrol in vehicles and walking. Also, why do they always crop the videos to look like you have side glaucoma?
