1. How can you leave ur dog to drown? I just don’t understand people anymore!!!

2. Thank you State Police for capturing this precious pup. It is shameful that someone left the dog there who is probably frightened beyond belief. Now the pup is safe and that is a good thing.

3. Find the owner and tie them to a pole in a storm

4. So glad that trooper spotted that poor defenseless dog. I would like to see the person who left him, tied up in the same place. Animal cruelty is terrible.
