The mother was a freaking nut job for ever putting the daughter in that situation! And Disney cruise lines should be sued ! WTH are the port holes wide open like that ?
First of all Praise Be To God that the child and the father survived and were rescued!
As for the mother, what were you thinking? Did the child climb up by herself or did you help? Surely you could feel the air coming thru. I have to see this port hole. Maybe signs need to be posted to stop people from doing stupid things. I don’t think Disney is fully responsible. I’m sure there will be a lawsuit. The big picture is that the child and father survived. Truly a miracle.
Accidents do happen and NOBODY is at fault. Wanting to sue everytime someone gets hurt is one of the things wrong with this Country. It probably started when a Fast Food Co. was sued because a customer put his HOT coffee in his lap and burned himself. Not the FF Co. fault but we have warning labels on everything now! Why sue Disney(not my favorite as of late) when didn’t anticipate a parent putting the child up where it couldn’t reach?
