I really am proud to see President Trump making deals with so many countries which is good for them as well as the USA. He makes it look so easy to help make the world a better place for all.

Very bad idea. The current president of south korea is a scumbag socialist. He is close with North Korea so why take the chance? China will at some point be given access to this sub.
