My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of this precious child. May he rest in peace. So very sorry to hear of this tragedy.
Sorry for the loss, but why sue anyone? The kid made the choice to swim, and the consequence was tragic. A lawsuit won’t bring him back. It will certainly raise the rates on other people in some way, to pay the family. Choices and consequences. Live and learn. And they’re black so somehow this will be racial, or Trump’s fault.
