There’s millions of American people who have been robbed of employment by illegals. Those Americans had to go on welfare to support their families. I’ve known a few. I haven’t seen INE study about this and the resulting burden on taxpayers.
A Pew Tesearch study found that even if illegals work and pay taxes, they still claim benefits (such as “free” health care) to the tune of $68,000 per illegals annually.
There’s an insane number of Americans who do not work not because they’ve been supplanted by illegals, but they’ve found out how to scam the welfare system. They need to get out and get a job!
As for Ag jobs? When I was a little kid, my mother was a public health nurse. She often took me with her to migrant labor camps to teach women child care and nutrition. I played with the kids there while she worked. Never encountered a single Hispanic or foreigner. 100% poor white folk.
During summer breaks in high school, I worked on a tomato harvester, sorting tomatoes as they came thru the harvester belts. Again, not a single foreigner. 100% Americans, mostly white women trying to make extra $$.
