The problem is we are too lenient with the sentencing. A slap on the wrist isn’t a deterrent. Fifteen is old enough to know better. To learn the lesson they should get some juvi jail time and community service. I agree that if the situation was reversed and the kids were white it would have been juvi jail time for both automatically. Why haven’t the others been caught?! Shameful.
