Goodness, that is shameful. LOT has to deal with some policy changes to accommodate disabled persons. This is humiliating to the passenger. I am not even there and I even feel humiliated. Thankful that the Flight Attendants were able to help him in some way.

How horrible ! I don’t believe in suing all the time but this is a time the man should owe that airline

Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous!!! The poor man SHOULD sue LOT airlines for being embarrassed and demoralized!!!
