Serial killers were very active in the late 70’s, 80’s and 90’s. Maybe even in the early 2000’s. Of course the PD will deny claims because it would cause people to overreact. I think being informed is very important. The defund the police crowd never think out the many complications and tragedy that can come from no police. Maybe a mental health professional should go out and do the investigation and collect evidence etc. sarcasm intended!
