If the BBC tried this case in DC they might win. That’s the problem with OUR Judicial System. It shouldn’t matter where it’s heard, the case should yield similar results. Unfortunately because of the politically leanings of the judge…results go diametrically opposite. The Constitution should be used consistently and not arbitrarily!
