The Ukrainian Foreign Minister has things backwards, as usual. He’s conveniently leaving out how the US executed a coup of The Ukraine in 2014 by ousting their democratically elected president and installing a puppet.
In April of 2022, Putin and Zelensky came to an agreement to end the SMO started in February of 2022. But the US wasn’t having that; sent Boris Johnson to Kyiv; BoJo talked Zelensky into reversing his acceptance of his agreement with Putin, and the US and Europe we would support The Ukraine in a proxy war with Russia, and here we are.
The issue has been, and continues to be NO NATO FORCES on or near Russia’s border, which was originally promised to never happen by US Sec State Jim Baker. But the US LIES constantly and can no longer be trusted.
The US became apoplectic when The Soviet Union put troops in Cuba decades ago. We didn’t like that at all, with good reason, and they were forced to eventually leave Cuba.
So how do you think we would feel if Russia and/or China put troops in Mexico or Canada?! I sure as hell wouldn’t want that!
Just as Trump is currently proclaiming to guard our backyard, the same respect must absolutely be given to other countries!
NATO needs to evaporate into the ether, Europe needs to be on its own, and WE need to take care of our own country!
