What happened to ignorance is no excuse? I have actually had a judge tell me that when I was younger. I guess it’s all different now if you’re an activist judge. Could they have possibly gotten onto the land if they were not there illegally to begin with? So they were there illegally making a crossing they knew is illegal and because they may not have seen a sign they can’t be charged? If they weren’t there, they wouldn’t have had to see a sign, would they? It’s really not up to us to inform others of our laws. Our laws are easily available and it is up to others to learn them. Did they do that?
