This is disturbing. Looks like nike got caught. So what is actually the purpose of DEI in your eyes nike? Doesn’t that mean fairness to everyone or as it used to be called something different like Equal Opportunity Employment. Now DEI seems to favor people who are not qualified for a job but get the job over more qualified candidates. I hope Nike is heavily fined. Only a few years ago prior to biden; the brain-dead meat suit, they would have been doing the same thing against black and brown people, but I bet they hired Asian people 3 to 1 so they could pay them less. Most likely every major company is guilty of this. Highly recognized names we all know. I know several middle aged white straight Christian men who are working at these companies who are being passed over for promotions and mentoring programs in favor of less qualified people who are the “correct” gender color religion and sexual orientation. Many have accepted retirement packages before they were ready because they see the handwriting on the wall. Others are just keeping their head down hoping to stay employed as long as possible. My husband is one of them.
