Ten years, with the sentence being reduced by half for good behavior they will be living a life of luxury off of the money that they have been hiding after their release. This has happened before and will continue.

WTF? Only 10 years?! They stole $68 million bucks. So 10 years in prison will be well worth it. Those monies were probably dispersed into hidden accounts or sometimes buried in secret locations. Once these ass hats are out of prison, they will retrieve their cash.
I say everyone that recieved any kickback should be barred from medicaid. And any bank accounts used should be frozen along with any property or goods. Only 10 years.
