This is a private trust, with the money raised from donations from private citizens, not public funding pulled from taxpayers. People can donate but only if they wish to do so.
I feel that as private citizens, anyone should be able to donate to causes that uplift others in some way. I don’t see this in the same light as enforced reparation payments pulled from taxpayers.
