Abortions and tranny services should not be a burden on the American taxpayer. The tranny treatments are not a life or death thing and more of an elective surgery. If they claim it’s life saving like they do over abortions introduce them to a psychiatrist quickly.

The media will spin this as medicaid is being defended without the proper context. We should not ever use tax payers money for such treatment. Now if they want to included better mental health for these children I’d agree to that. Our system for mental health for children is lacking at best.
