Cheating POS. You can run but cant hide. You will pay for your stupid shit and not doing your fn job whether you like it or not.
Forget the fines. Make it a felony and arrest/prosecute.
This same action happened several years back.. I believe they fled to Washington.
I’m not sure if they were from Texas.
The fines should have to come out of their own pockets. If there is no actual pain for their actions then this type of grand standing will continue
Triple the fines, they have the money.
How about passing a state law that if they are not there to vote then they automatically removed from any committee they are on and replaced with someone how remained.
Or better yet, they automatically relinquish they position and a special election will be held to replace them in which they can’t run for.
They should be forever banned from holding any political office in the state if pull this stunt.

Wowwww! Democrats play so dirty politics they are so corrupted that can’t believe people still voting for them. They should be banned from running again if they do this. They should be working that’s why they were voted in if they don’t they should be fired from their position.
