  1. I would go a tad farther with the Bill. I would exclude any person born in the US whose parent was just “visiting” the Country and “just happened” to give birth while here.

  2. Yes! But I would make it retroactive to include births from all non-citizens going back at least 5 years. And include any that were born as a direct consequence of the mother purposely coming to the US to give birth, such as birthing hotels that the Chinese fund.

  3. Diffinitely, get this passed! Only add Refugees to it also. These people are going to bite big time one of these days! We have Terrorists Cells all over the United States! Visitor Visas needs to be updated in this Bill to make it very clear they can’t have Babies on US Soil and become a Citizen! Also these Women for hire that the Chinese hire to have Babies for them gets no Citizenship and stiff penalties!
