1. I hate to say this being a decent handyman myself. But this doesn’t sound like a bad law. One small mistake and KaBoom!!!

   • Just wanted to add. I’ve done a ton of carpentry, electrical and plumbing work for myself and others. But scares scares the bejesus out of me.
