Yes , Daniel Penny IS a hero. The drug-fueled criminal schizophrenic repeat offender with an open warrant should have been locked in a mental asylum for his own and the public’s safety. New York is a far more dangerous place than it has to be because of its soft-on-crime politics.

This case pisses me off! The evidence is clear! Penny did not kill that thug! He stopped a violent criminal from causing harm or killing innocent people! Just him being arrested will prevent other people from being willing to step in and help!
The guilty here are the lose responsible for this criminally insane person to be let out in public. He needed help and was failed by the state and medical system to get him the help he needed. They knew he was a danger to the public and they set him free anyway.
