I can’t help but think what so California and Arizona have in common? Illigals. We are allowing diseases into our country that have never been seen before. Cross illigally and you don’t have to have vaccines or extensive health screening. You come in legally and you must have all vaccines and extensive health screening plus the covid vaccine or you can’t come.
I do not trust the CDC and especially world health after the COVID fiasco. Which is dangerous for so many to feel this way. It’s like the boy who cried wolf cause now there might actually be a wolf but we don’t believe them
Very few people die from valley fever. With so many more people coming into our country is probably the reason it seems to be getting worse. I have lived in Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Phx Az for like 45 years. I will not go for their BS on this vaccine. When it’s my time to go for whatever reason, it’s Gods timing for everyone.
Hope this isn’t a “December” surprise before inauguration.

Valley fever has been around since I can remember in the Central Valley here in Northern California. My aunt had it and had a lifetime of lung issues. Just keep your immune system healthy. The valley gets pretty cold and damp in the winter here. And it feels colder than it actually is. December and January are our coldest months.
Not sure about it being in Arizona. Different climate and winter there.
This fungus is called coccidioidomycosis. It is not all that common in the USA and usually isolated to undisturbed soil under buildings and structures. Itnorefers moist warm conditions. It is often associated with major earthquakes in suburban areas. The massive agitation of ground and homes being disturbed may compromise soil and inner structures where mold and fungus reside. They then became airborne spores.
This fungus is endemic and common in southern Mexico, all of Central America and South America. I caught it once in El Salvador. The symptoms are exactly like the flu but other odd symptoms are weeks of water fluid, coughing up thick sputum from the throat and upper thorax, constant sensation of liquid in the throat and lungs, coughing and the rash. You will almost always see a rash that look look clusters of raised welts that are itchy as fuk. The rashes usually pop ip on the back, stomach, torso, buttocks, upper thigh and waistline. It took me over a month to get well and i was never the same afterward; sensitive lungs, coughing like a mad smoker when exposed to cold air.
I am 100% certain the sudden spike is from illegal aliens coming from the south. The fungi can be hidden in their back packs, clothing articles, spores in the sputum. Fungi then become distributed and anchored.
