Help me out here. Aren’t these “bills” things that are already common sense. I am REALLY struggling with the lack of common sense. These are ILLEGALS!!!!
Are the illegals getting deported? Is this what our taxes are paying for? We actually vote these people in and pay their salary for them to make laws concerning illegals?!!! Key word ILLEGALS means already breaking the law!
I believe the Republicans are doing these little bills so when the Dems vote against them it stands out more then if they made a huge bill that gets pork thrown in it. Sadly common sense left the Congress many years ago.
This part of the bill I think is backwards.
“and would permit state attorney generals to sue the federal DHS if lax enforcement of immigration law results in the harm of a citizen in their state”.
I don’t believe DHS is the problem. The states allowing sanctuary cities and not working with ICE and DHS is the problem. Citizens should be able to sue the state when it’s citizens are hurt by any illigals. Though does that has to be a state law?
