If a baby is born alive, they generally have a birth certificate. Why are these infants not afforded the same rights as infants born, who are wanted? If they are not given care and perish, what is the cause of death? Not wanted, an inconvenience, oops. No, it’s murder.
This just shows these people don’t read bills. Where in it did it state the woman would be prosecuted. One thing you can say they all stay in lock step . The Democrats always vote together. If one goes over the cliff they all go over with them. Mindless dodo birds.
Fox News points out that the bill clearly states that the mother cannot be prosecuted in these cases. The legislation reads, “The mother of a child born alive described under subsection (a) may not be prosecuted for a violation of this section, an attempt to violate this section, a conspiracy to violate this section, or an offense under section 3 or 4 of this title based on such a violation.”
Unless Fox is wrong or I don’t understand, it seems the bill states that the mother will NOT be prosecuted. Did Fetterman even read the bill?
