Additional info: Could these political judges be dismissed under the “Good Behavior Clause” of the Constitution? Since they are ruling against the will of the President, I say this is BAD behavior and can be dismissed without having to be Impeached.
Agree. There’s something significantly wrong in all this, in that some judge in one city, one district, or one state, set policy for the entire country? It’s judicial malfeasance at best, outright tyranny against the U.S. government as a whole, at worst. These left wing judges are usurping the authority of the SCOTUS and need to be removed for abuse of power.

Congress the President or the Supreme Court needs to do something quick to stop this so called judges from interference with the job of the President. Eloin Musk is right and someone must do something, sick and tired of these people playing games!
Allowing entry has no bearing on remaining in the country. If President Trump determines that these people are danger to the country and its legal citizenry, they can be deported. The danger is in over-population, putting American citizens’ jobs at risk, draining the resources of the administration and harming the tax-payers as well as the possibility that every single one of them could be a terrorist if they have not been properly vetted.
This program was suspended for awhile because of fraud. They opened it again without investigation.
