That guy is DEFCON 1 level crazy! He’s going to seriously hurt or kill someone and it can be avoided by just locking him up in an institution (if any of those still exist!). At minimum he should have been referred to psych evaluation, but it’s insane blue Oregon.
Obviously mentally unstable and dangerous. Why is he even released? He’s a danger to and in the public. He’s who mental institutions are for.
