Several decades ago, a local Chinese restaurant was shut down because an inspector was alerted, and raided the place to find butchering a large dog was in progress. I read that it was very large, perhaps like a Saint Bernard. They tried saying that it was for a private party but records found that they had “adopted” numerous dogs from the local shelter. Filthy bastards. Scum sucking demons. Just saying…
That place was closed for several years then reopened under “new” management. I’d advise anyone coming to or thru Chico, CA to avoid the Rice Bowl restaurant.
I can’t look at the video. I accidentally looked at one a few years ago and cried until I literally got sick! It is so sad that many people have their beloved pets stolen for this evil festival!
