The only answer is bundle them up and send them back their government’s. You can’t reform these little thugs. See what happens to them when their governments have to contend with them.
I say that legal armed citizens need to take action against these little gang bangers and show them they can’t get away with this shit without ending up in a body bag themselves! Oh, but that’s right, legally armed citizens aren’t allowed to legally carry a weapon in N.Y. city, right??? Pfffttt!!!
Any that actually shoot, or threaten someone using a gun, should be treated like an adult. The others should be made to work on the streets picking up trash for six months to a year. Just releasing them will encourage more violent behavior the next time.

There’s no reforming a child that’s been turned. There’s really only 1 answer….and its not sending them back.
