AI needs to be regulated. In its current form and use it’s dangerous. There need to be protections in place. AI has its benefits but in the wrong hands it will be our undoing.
Agree with SMH. Remember Robby the robot in the movie “Forbidden Planet”. Robby was programmed to self-destruct or be disabled if it tried to do anything to harm a human. It would be in the interest of the government or the entity that creates “super intelligence” for its own purposes to set in place a system that prevents its own demise.
Voted No. But if it is not highly regulated it is possible it could cause a lot of harm. It has great uses in the field of Medicine! The lose of OUR Humanity will be OUR fault if we fail to care for the poor in our society. This is not to say we have to import people from around the world that WIL NOT assimilate to OUR Culture. That would result in the lose of OUR civilization!
