I don’t care if the struggles of the gay community was talked about because they truly were treated horribly and even put in jail for loving someone. However that is not what pride month is about any longer. It was highjacked by different groups all wanting to be victims and wanting attention for it .
So if Trump wants to say something positive about the gay community I’m not against it ..
We have a month for black history, we have a month for a made up event (lgbtqlmnop) but no month for actual history events. July 4 is by itself. Memorial Day is by itself. Veterans Day is by itself.
The trans community is a made up group. If they want to change their biological identity thatās on them but itās not a ārealā thing.
Let them do what they want to do in their own privacy just like the rest of us do.
BUT, donāt expect the rest of us to praise them, have parades, a special month devoted to them and fly their flag just because, (let me say this nicely), Screw and Sleep with the same sex. Itās a lifestyle, (or a mental disorder) something they choose, but doesnāt deserve a parade or my sympathy.
What have they done and what accomplishment warrants a special month long praise, or any praise whatsoever? Men and Woman have died for this country and their right to love who they want, but it doesnāt warrant a special day just for them.
And trying to push their ideology on others is wrong especially when it involves children.

A simple NO will do. I can not believe the amount of ridiculous days/weeks, that we celebrate really silly things. Itās nearly every day & month, National Hot dog Day, National Ice Cream Day, etc. Any of the days that are Especially Important, should have their own Day & be celebrated; Memorial Day, July 4th, Motherās, Flag Day, and the like. I believe that if I love or appreciate someone or something, I likely Celebrate them everyday. I donāt need a day or month for the woman I am, to validate who I am. I am a Scottish Jesus Follower Conservative Grammy. There were only a few Special Days that
we celebrated, and that in itself made them more special. Because the events or people were Beyond just memorable. I just do the best I can every day, thank God for each new day. Prayers to you all. Iām sick of my birthday month of June being called pride month. How about Flag Day and Fathers Day. My birthday is always around those two.
