He side-stepped and even threatened whistleblowers, well over 490 of them. That makes him 100% complicit regardless of if he took in donations (or pay-offs) from them. Maybe all the grift and fraud is how he afforded 30 visits to China? He’s probably been involved in illegal practices since entering politics. He should be locked up for the remainder of his ugly life.
