Nope. Trump is a visionary and sees that China and Russia are after all the minerals of our far north plus the Northwest Passage so he is trying to unite Greenland, Canada and the USA as one strong, huge nation to protect against that coming Communist takeover.
Hey, there are Italian Americans, German Americans etc, so why not Canadian Americans ? If it improves our lifestyles, reduces our taxes and gives us a military that we can trust, why not ? We are all North Americans anyway !
I have a feeling that this idea could cause more problems in the Middle East than we already have. There are already multiple countries that are complaining about the idea.

If the US intends to clean up Gaza I am fine with it.. if it goes back to Gaza I hope the unexploded munitions blow them to hell. Nobody will live their for years upon years .
I agree that the people of Gaza have nothing to go back to, since it is mostly rubble and ruins. It would be an endless humanitarian crisis. So having to move to allow Gaza to be rebuilt is going to be necessary. It will take a generation. I don’t want this to be an American responsibility. Let the wealthy nations in the Middle East come to negotiate a way to rebuild and make Gaza a peaceful and prosperous place for people to return to. In the meantime route out Hamas and other disrupters and teach the unwanted tragedies of endless wars and hate. I believe Trump is throwing out bluesky ideas as an opening for the Middle East countries to come to the table and start talking. Palestinians have no way forward on their own and Trump sees it would be useless to throw money and aid to them in Gaza.

I think he believes that he is in a fight with all of the worst ‘bad guys’ in the world but has no idea of the Spiritual forces behind todays headlines. Because of that, I fear for his life. Satan is not just going to ‘pick up his marbles and go home, saying well, I tried’. Nope. This battle is to the bitter end (for the devil) and the better end (for believers in Christ who is coming very soon to judge all things and rescue His ‘bride’, and take us home for our citizenship is in Heaven”.
