  1. We should NOT have signs in Spanish and it really pisses me off when I make a phone call and have to listen to menu in Spanish.Learn to speak English like all of the legal immigrants did

  2. I’m tired of advertisers on my TV being in Spanish. I didn’t ask for it. It’s different if it’s a Spanish station, but it isn’t. The US is primarily English and needs to stay that way or we are no longer a nation. We cannot accommodate all languages. No other country in the world changes their language to accommodate us!! We have to assimilate into theirs!! I’m pretty sure not all of Congress is bilingual. ENGLISH is our official language. Get over it!!

  3. Absolutely! And why wasn’t it done years ago! We need to cut out all this we are a melting pot accepting everyone who is too lazy and/or unwilling to improve their own countries. Especially those who have been taking advantage of our advantages to try to turn our country into theirs. This is the United States—we need to start acting like it!!!

  4. The amount of our tax dollars spent to print everything in 6 different languages alone is crazy. Stop giving in to their whims. I’m SO sick of us catering to them. Florida is loaded with Spanish restaurants flying only their flags, not one American flag. GTFO of my country. They’re destroying her. Phuck democRATS who are for any of this sh!T changing America. Yeah, I’m pissed. I served this country, as well as my family members, so you COULD speak English.

    • Don’t forget about all the arrogant French Canadians living in Florida too!😔 All these foreigners coming here & want us to learn their language!! My son was born in Tampa General Hospital 54 years ago, a visiting nurse came to our house a week after he was born to check up on how things were going. I couldn’t understand a word she said she only spoke Spanish!
My younger brother attended 5th grade in Miami (we were from Pittsburgh) he was staying with my grandparents. Spanish was one of the classes he was required to take! This was in 1963! Why should American children in grade school be required to learn Spanish! He was really lost in that class as the kids had been studying the language for years!!

  5. Of course it should be. Too much is made of diversity. I want assimilation if you immigrate here. Nothing wrong with that, otherwise, why come here?

  6. I took the poll. For some reason, I thought English was already the official language? Did I miss something? šŸ¤”šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

  7. I agree with every comment here!! If we don’t make this into law we will be required to speak either Spanish or whatever language Muslims speak because America will no longer be the United States of America!!! That is their goal! Destroy this country from within .

  8. One of my daughters was let go for not speaking spanish. My other daughter cant get a job because she doesnt speak spanish. Im so pissed.

  9. When did it change? I thought English was ALWAYS the official language of the US. Aren’t legal immigrants required to learn English to become citizens?

  10. Michael Savage has said that a country is described by language, culture and borders. The commies (DumboRats) have been working to destroy all three. It’s imperative that our language is maintained as being the language of this country. Anything else (IMO) gets close to being seditious.

Did you know that San Fransicko prints ballots in 23 different languages? But they tell us that illegals don’t vote. Bastards.

  11. Every above comments make 100% absolute sense. Bravo to you all šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘šŸ‘

  12. 100 times yes & should have been done 100 years ago. What a pitiful state of affairs that this is a question at all in this country.

  13. It should’ve been done over 200 years ago!! And they got to STOP with the press one for English on phone calls!! You want to come to this Country you learn to speak English! It’s unbelievable to me when I see people on TV that have been living here for over 20 years & need someone to translate for them because they don’t understand or speak English!

  14. The argument of the Left is the country was founded based on inclusivity of all coming into the country. The Left fail to acknowledge that everyone was English speaking who signed the Declaration of Independence.
Later as immigrant doors opened & WANTED to become US CITIZENS they were REQUIRED to learn English so they could also learn the history of the UNITED STATES & take the test for naturalization. Coming from a family of immigrants, I KNOW how much value this had for them.
I am an American who speaks other languages. I believe in the value of all ethnicities and cultures, and the necessity to keep all their identities.
But the United States has it’s own identity and culture and speaking English is the first and most important to our culture.
