I also think businesses should give people either the day off, or allow them time to go vote. No excuse for all these mail in votes.. only absentee ballots, and they must be requested, not just mailed to EVERYONE, illegals are getting them too. Cheating is too rampid and I’m appalled that this has not been addressed and finalised in the 3 years since the last election debacle!!

I voted yes but only because there are some people who are home bound and can’t go to the polls, plus the military absentee voting. All able-bodied voters should have to go to a polling location on election day.

Other than that mail in voting can pound salt.

I voted no but I’m now 80 I do absentee ballot,
I live in Michigan I would have rather voted in person but I have a back problem and can’t stand in line to vote. I had to go in to my township office and show them my ID and drivers license fill out the information they wanted along with my signature! I get my ballot in the mail days before the vote fill it out either mail it in or drop it off in a box in front of the Township Office.
They should have exceptions for the people that have some type of handicap or disability. But, as stated above, you need to go through the steps & verified against the list at the voting board. Drop boxes are the worst part of that, if you saw what they did in 2020 with those votes, you know what I mean.
