I can’t help but feel that having a non English speaking, crossdressing Spanish person is a purposeful middle finger to Trump’s policies.
This artist isn’t known to many here in America. I believe the music is rap.
I understand the NFL is trying to expand to other countries but the Superbowl should celebrate America and it’s entertainers.
I don’t watch football but I would turn it on for the half time show, the last one I watched was Rihanna in’23 and thought it was awful. I expect ’26 will be as bad or worse. I’ve never heard of this dude or his music. No I won’t be watching. The NFL is really bad at choosing half time performers.

Haven’t missed watching the Super Bowl from its inception, but, in recent years, have purposely not watched the half-time, so called entertainment portion… no change of plan for this one coming up! All I can think is that the TV network people and the NFL simply have no grasp of the nature and mentality of the Super Bowl viewing audience….
