Did the FBI raid through the documents. Just how would they have handled classified documents they should not see to determine what joe had in his possession in his garage or at Penn Center or other locations. He wasn’t president at that time, did not have authorization to declassify anything, and so immunity going back would not apply. Why should he get immunity from anything.
