I’m stating to beleive with Rb. It looks like they are messing with the weather. They unleashed COVID on the world to stop trump and take a lot of power, why wouldn’t they control weather if they could? And I think they have been working on that since Vietnam war, so they probably have a working system by now. Conspiracy theory? Maybe. But look how many theories have turned out to be true in the past decade or two. These people are evil to the core.
