All the above! Can’t stand trial so it’s ok to just let him go, what kind of MORONIC judges are they. I said it before and now again, when these crimes are committed and a judge lets them go then the judge should also be held responsible. This poor woman lost her life because of a incompetent liberal judge that evidently believes in letting criminals go no matter what they do.
That idiotic judge should be disbarred, and tried as an accomplice to murder!

The state judicial commission needs to remove this judge who is obviously incapable of sound judgment.
