  1. I don’t know if any egg producers that have caged hens with that type of issues.
    Unless they are going after people who go to farmers markets and those who might sell their eggs there.. again I don’t know if anyone who has chickens that would cage them that way…
    Might I also add . When it comes to these animal Illness I find it very odd. How is it in the last 15 yrs we all of a sudden have swine flu, bird flu, mad cow disease ( that one didn’t last long. I guess not contagious as they were hoping) also deers and elk now have a wasting disease. At the same time the push for fake meat… Now since swine flu and mad cow disease didn’t have great effects bird flu can effect them.. soon we will hear people can catch it and all the food supply will be culled

  2. In Europe, eggs are not refrigerated in the grocery stores. They are kept on the regular grocer shelves. We only refrigerate them in the US, because they are washed and the protective membrane that keeps them fresh is removed requiring them to be refrigerated. The US food industry does so many unhealthy and unnecessary things to our food in order to make more money for the food corporations.
